Who am I?

I am a ceramic artist based in Stockholm, Sweden, mostly working with porcelain but I dabble in all kinds of stoneware clays.

I started exploring porcelain in GΓ€vle 2014, and I got my bachelors degree in 2019 after 3 years at Konstfack University’s Ceramics and Glass programme in Stockholm.

I often explore emotions and memories by portraying human feelings in my porcelain sculptures, and by merging human and animal forms, I allow myself to play with and use animals as symbols to strengthen expressions in my work.

The porcelain clay is mostly left unpainted, letting light and shadow define the form. Only subtle red underglaze mark sensitive and blushed areas like shoulders or worn hands and feet.

These sculptures allow me to express inner feelings that words often fail to tell, inviting viewers to connect on a deeper, tactile level.
